Strategic Partnering
Strategic Partnering is a collaborative arrangement, within the domain of strategic management, in which two or more organizations formally align their resources, capabilities, and objectives to achieve mutually beneficial long-term goals that would be unattainable independently, distinguished from transactional or operational alliances by its emphasis on strategic complementarity, interdependence, and co-created value.
