Sports Sampling
Sports Sampling is a developmental training strategy within youth athlete injury prevention that involves the systematic engagement of young athletes in multiple sports during early stages of athletic development to enhance overall motor skill acquisition, reduce overuse injury risk, and promote long-term athletic participation, distinguished from early specialization by its emphasis on diversified physical and cognitive sport experiences.
