Spin-spin Relaxation

Spin-Spin Relaxation is the relaxation mechanism characterized by the loss of phase coherence among transverse nuclear spin magnetizations due to mutual spin-spin interactions in the absence of external energy exchange, distinguished from spin-lattice relaxation by its preservation of total spin energy while reducing local spin alignment.
