Spatial Multi-Omics Interpretation is an academic concept that refers to a computational or analytical framework that integrates and interprets multiple molecular omics data types within their native two- or three-dimensional tissue contexts, distinguished from other multi-omics approaches by explicitly preserving and leveraging spatial coordinates to elucidate biological heterogeneity, cellular interactions, and tissue architecture.
