Societal Perspective Analysis

Societal Perspective Analysis is a type of economic evaluation in health care that encompasses all costs and benefits incurred to society as a whole, including direct medical costs, indirect costs such as productivity losses, and intangible costs, thereby distinguishing itself from more restricted analytic perspectives by its comprehensive inclusion of societal-level resource use and outcomes.
