Single-nucleus Rna Sequencing

Single-Nucleus RNA Sequencing is a high-throughput transcriptomic profiling method that enables the measurement of gene expression at the resolution of individual nuclei, distinguished from other single-cell RNA sequencing approaches by its reliance on isolated nuclei rather than whole cells, thereby facilitating the analysis of tissues that are difficult to dissociate or preserve intact cellular morphology.
