Single-cell Long-read Sequencing
Single-Cell Long-Read Sequencing is a genomic methodology that enables the comprehensive analysis of full-length nucleic acid molecules at the resolution of individual cells, thereby preserving haplotype information and enabling precise characterization of transcript isoforms, structural variants, and epigenetic modifications within heterogeneous cell populations.
