Sequence-tagged Site Mapping
Sequence-Taged Site Mapping is a genomic mapping method that localizes unique, short DNA sequences—each serving as a sequence-tagged site—within a genome by leveraging their amplification through PCR, thereby enabling the construction of physical maps critical for gene library integration and chromosome mapping.
