Semen Consistency Grading is a standardized qualitative assessment method used in andrology and reproductive medicine to classify the viscosity and coagulation state of a semen sample based on its resistance to flow and structural homogeneity, distinguishing it from other semen parameters by focusing specifically on physical texture and post-ejaculatory liquefaction characteristics.
