Second-round Financing

Second-Round Financing is a type of follow-on financing in which a venture-backed company raises additional capital subsequent to an initial investment round, typically to support continued growth, product development, or market expansion, distinguished from earlier financing stages by its occurrence after the seed or first-round funding and its focus on scaling an established business model.
