Screening Automation

Screening Automation is a methodological framework in which computational algorithms and systematic protocols are integrated to enable the consistent, efficient, and minimally manual evaluation of candidates—whether job applicants in resume screening or chemical compounds in small-molecule screening—thereby distinguishing it from manual or ad hoc screening approaches by its reliance on standardized, rule-based decision-making processes.
