Rna Pseudoknots

RNA Pseudoknots is a tertiary structural motif in RNA molecules characterized by the pairing of a loop region from one stem-loop structure with a complementary sequence outside that stem, thereby forming a folded architecture that deviates from simple secondary structure nesting and introduces topological complexity essential for biological function.
