Right To Return
Right to Return is a human rights principle that designates the entitlement of individuals or groups, particularly migrants, refugees, or displaced persons, to regain lawful entry and reestablish residence in their country or place of origin or ancestry, distinguishing it from general mobility rights by its normative basis in identity, belonging, and historical continuity.
