Revocation Of Protection

Revocation of Protection is a legal mechanism within international refugee and human rights law that permits the competent authority to terminate previously granted subsidiary protection status when predefined grounds, such as cessation of risk, fraudulent application, or serious threats to public policy or national security, render the individual no longer eligible for or undeserving of continued protection.
