Refugee Protection

Refugee Protection is a normative and institutional regime in international and domestic law that safeguards the rights, physical security, and durable solutions of persons meeting the legal definition of a refugee by imposing obligations on states and other actors to grant access to asylum procedures, prohibit refoulement, and ensure non-discriminatory treatment, assistance, and integration or other long-term remedies.
