Re-entry Dynamics

Re-Entry Dynamics is the branch of satellite orbit dynamics that specifically models and analyzes the physical and aerodynamic processes governing the controlled or uncontrolled descent of space vehicles through planetary atmospheres, distinguishing it from orbital and ascent dynamics by focusing on hypersonic flow, thermal loading, and atmospheric drag effects during the transition from space to surface.
