Priority Claim Correction

Priority Claim Correction is a procedural mechanism in patent law whereby an applicant amends a patent application to accurately reflect or establish the correct priority date to which the application is entitled, distinguishing it from other claim amendments by specifically addressing the designation, restoration, or correction of priority rights under relevant intellectual property treaties or national statutes.
