Population Pan-genomics
Population Pan-Genomics is a pan-genomic framework that integrates genomic variation across individuals within a population to construct a comprehensive, graph-based representation of shared and divergent sequences, enabling the systematic study of genetic diversity, evolutionary dynamics, and functional annotation at the population level.
