Poly(a) Tail-dependent Export
Poly(A) Tail-Dependent Export is a nuclear mRNA export mechanism that specifically requires the presence of a polyadenylated 3′ tail to facilitate the recognition and translocation of mature messenger ribonucleoprotein particles through the nuclear pore complex in a sequence-independent yet poly(A) tail-dependent manner.
