Policy Assemblages

Policy Assemblages is a theoretical construct that refers to the dynamic and contingent configuration of actors, ideas, practices, and institutions through which policy elements are selectively borrowed, adapted, and reassembled across different political and social contexts, distinguished from other policy transfer models by its emphasis on fragmented, non-linear, and hybrid processes of policy formation.
