Point-In-Time Counts is a standardized method of homelessness enumeration that involves capturing unduplicated data on the number of sheltered and unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness at a specific moment in time, typically through a single-night census, to generate population-level estimates for policy and funding decisions.
