Play Development Trajectories

Play Development Trajectories is a theoretical framework that specifies the sequential and progressive patterns of change in forms and functions of play behavior across ontogenetic development, distinguishing it from other developmental constructs by its focus on the dynamic, context-sensitive pathways through which play evolves as a domain-specific aspect of cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
