Photobleaching Analysis

Photobleaching Analysis is a quantitative method in single-molecule fluorescence microscopy that characterizes the irreversible loss of fluorescent signal from individual fluorophores over time, distinguishing it from other photophysical processes by specifically assessing the temporal dynamics and extent of fluorescence decay due to light-induced molecular destruction.
