Parasite Pathogenicity
Parasite Pathogenicity is a theoretical construct within parasitology that denotes the inherent capacity of a parasitic organism to induce disease in its host, distinguished from related concepts by its focus on the quantitative and qualitative mechanisms through which parasites damage host tissues, evade immune responses, and disrupt physiological functions across diverse host-parasite systems, particularly in avian and piscine contexts.
