Palladium Electroless Plating

Palladium Electroless Plating is a catalytic metallization process that deposits a thin, uniform layer of palladium onto a substrate surface through an autocatalytic redox reaction in the absence of external electrical current, distinguished from other electroless plating methods by its exclusive use of palladium and its salts as the metal source and its primary application in enabling conductive coatings for advanced electronic and catalytic systems.
