One-sample Mendelian Randomization

One-Sample Mendelian Randomization is a Mendelian randomization approach in which both the genetic association with the exposure and the genetic association with the outcome are estimated from the same single sample or dataset, thereby distinguishing it from two-sample methods that rely on separate, non-overlapping samples for each association.
