One-pot Deprotection
One-Pot Deprotection is a synthetic methodology in carbohydrate chemistry wherein multiple deprotection steps are sequentially or concurrently executed in a single reaction vessel without intermediate isolation or purification of intermediates, thereby enhancing efficiency, minimizing waste, and reducing operational complexity compared to traditional stepwise deprotection protocols.
