Occluded Front Analysis is a meteorological method used in weather map interpretation that identifies and tracks the formation, structure, and evolution of occluded fronts, distinguishing itself from other front analysis techniques by focusing on the convergence and lifting of air masses when a cold front overtakes a warm front within a cyclonic system.
