Normalized Enrichment Score

Normalized Enrichment Score is a statistical metric used in gene set enrichment analysis that quantifies the degree to which a gene set is overrepresented at the top or bottom of a ranked list of genes, normalized to account for differences in gene set size and gene expression correlation, thereby enabling comparison across gene sets.
