Nonlinear Maneuvering Models

Nonlinear Maneuvering Models is a mathematical framework in marine vehicle dynamics that, unlike linear models, captures the nonlinear hydrodynamic forces and moments acting on vessels navigating shallow water, thereby enabling more accurate prediction of maneuvering behavior under strong interactions between the hull, propeller, and bottom-induced flow effects.
