Network Pricing is a pricing framework in the field of public utility economics that, as a variant of Ramsey Pricing, specifically allocates costs across interconnected nodes or services in a network structure by differentially setting prices according to the elasticity of demand and the marginal cost contributions of each node, thereby maximizing social welfare under budget constraints.
