Network Dynamics

**Network Dynamics** is a theoretical and computational subfield of network science that analyzes the time-dependent evolution of states and, where relevant, topology in interconnected systems, specifically characterizing how local interaction rules, network architecture, and external inputs jointly generate, propagate, and regulate emergent behaviors in complex—particularly biological, ecological, and neural—networks.
