Modified Monovision

Modified Monovision is a clinical correction strategy within presbyopic contact lens fitting that belongs to the class of binocular vision management techniques, distinguished by the deliberate prescription of partial anisometropia with one eye optimized for distance vision and the fellow eye for near vision, supplemented by residual binocular overlap to enhance intermediate and low-light visual performance compared to traditional monovision.
