Metabarcoding-based Nematode Detection
Metabarcoding-Based Nematode Detection is a molecular ecological method that uses high-throughput sequencing of taxonomically informative genetic markers amplified from environmental samples to identify and characterize nematode communities, distinguishing itself from traditional morphological approaches by enabling rapid, sensitive, and simultaneous detection of multiple nematode taxa directly from bulk or soil DNA extracts.
