Main-group Nitrides

Main-Group Nitrides is a class of inorganic compounds in which nitrogen is bonded to one or more elements from the s- and p-blocks of the periodic table, excluding transition metals, thereby forming binary or ternary phases distinguished by their covalent, ionic, or interstitial bonding characteristics and typically exhibiting unique structural and electronic properties relative to transition metal nitrides.
