Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification

Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification is a nucleic acid amplification technique that enables the rapid, isothermal, and strand-displacement-based synthesis of target DNA sequences through the use of multiple primers recognizing distinct regions of the template and a DNA polymerase with high strand displacement activity.
