Loop Sampling

Loop Sampling is a computational method in structural biology that generates plausible conformations of protein loops by exploring the conformational space of loop regions anchored to fixed secondary structural elements, distinguished from other sampling techniques by its focus on geometrically and energetically viable loop configurations in macromolecular modeling.
