Long-read Transcriptomics
Long-Read Transcriptomics is a subfield of transcriptomics that employs long-read sequencing technologies to characterize transcriptomes at the level of full-length RNA molecules, thereby enabling comprehensive identification of isoforms, splicing patterns, and other transcript features that are difficult to resolve with short-read approaches.
