Limited-scope Representation

Limited-Scope Representation is a form of legal representation in which an attorney provides targeted assistance on specific aspects of a case or proceeding while the client retains responsibility for the remainder of the matter, thereby distinguishing it from full-scope representation where counsel assumes complete control over the client’s legal affairs.
