Lidar-based Forest Inventory

LiDAR-Based Forest Inventory is a remote sensing methodology that utilizes light detection and ranging (LiDAR) technology to derive forest structural attributes by capturing three-dimensional canopy geometry, thereby enabling accurate, large-scale quantification of forest resources with higher spatial resolution and vertical precision than passive optical or radar-based approaches.
