Land Concessions

Land Concessions is a formal legal arrangement in public land governance through which a government grants long-term rights to private or foreign entities to use, develop, or manage state-owned land, typically for investment projects, under specified conditions and in exchange for economic benefits, thereby distinguishing it from outright land sales or short-term leases.
