Humanitarian Asylum

Humanitarian Asylum is a legal status granted to individuals who, having fled their country of origin due to a well-founded fear of persecution or severe harm on grounds such as race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, are allowed to remain in a host country on the basis of international human rights and refugee protection principles.
