Go-like Models

Go-Like Models is a class of coarse-grained protein folding models in which the native structure of a protein serves as the primary stabilizing factor through biased energetic interactions that favor native contacts, distinguishing it from all-atom or structure-agnostic folding models by its reliance on prior structural knowledge to simplify the energy landscape.
