Gendered Peer Relations is a social relational construct that denotes the patterned interactions among students in educational settings which are structured by normative expectations of gender, thereby differentiating itself from general peer dynamics through its specific focus on how masculinities and femininities are negotiated, reinforced, or challenged within school-based peer networks.
