Framework Agreements

Framework Agreements is a form of public procurement contract arrangement between one or more contracting authorities and one or more suppliers that prospectively establishes the general terms and conditions—such as price, quality standards, and, where appropriate, quantities and award procedures—governing the conclusion of subsequent call-off contracts over a defined period, without in itself obligating the parties to specific purchase volumes.
