Frailty Interaction

Frailty Interaction is a construct in comorbidity assessment that denotes the dynamic interplay between frailty and co-occurring medical conditions, wherein the presence of frailty exacerbates the clinical impact of comorbidities and, conversely, comorbidities accelerate the progression of frailty, leading to diminished physiological reserve and increased vulnerability to adverse health outcomes.
