Founder Interviews

Founder Interviews is a qualitative research method within the Lean Startup framework that involves systematic, in-depth conversations between startup founders and potential customers to uncover problem-solution fit by identifying unmet needs, assumptions, and value propositions, distinguished from other interview techniques by its focus on hypothesis testing, customer discovery, and iterative learning under conditions of extreme uncertainty.
