Forestry Rights

Forestry Rights is a bundle of statutory and/or customary property and use entitlements that confer on specified right-holders defined authority to access, manage, exploit, exclude others from, and derive benefits from forest lands and their timber and non-timber resources, thereby distinguishing it from broader land tenure or natural resource rights by its specific focus on forest ecosystems.
