Fab Display

Fab Display is a phage display technique that involves the expression of Fab (antigen-binding fragment) antibodies on the surface of bacteriophages, where the Fab fragment—comprising the variable and constant regions of the heavy and light chains—is genetically fused to a phage coat protein, enabling the selection and evolution of antigen-specific antibodies through biopanning.
