Exempted State Aid

Exempted State Aid is a form of state intervention in the economy that, while classified as aid under Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, is deemed compatible with the internal market and thus exempt from the general prohibition due to meeting specific conditions laid down in EU regulations or block exemption decisions.
